Expanding outward and surrendering to the release that takes us in.
What can working consciously with the floor reveal to us?
How much do we really agree to let go? And can an effective fall allow us to fly higher?

“FALL.IN TO DANCE" A Movement workshop, In which we will explore momentum, our skeleton, contact with the floor, and playfulness.

We will meet for 3 hours of deepening into movement research, whose origins come from the worlds of release technique, contact improvisation, hip hop anatomy and dance improvisation.
